  Offered spot/scrap prices on my antique 14-18k gold rings with real minerals and stones. They must not have realized I did my research. "Those are low quality stones, we will just melt them" Honey, that pink tourmaline goes for $300, the topaz for $450, and the cluster sapphire for $320. I'd respect the hustle more if they didn't blatantly lie.

  Sell more James Avery INSTORE. I drove one and a half hours to the visit store today. I heard so much hype about all the great deals and variety of James Avery. Absolutely not. They had a SMALL selection. Most of their James Avery inventory is strictly ONLINE. I was not allowed to see or buy the online stuff. I will say, the employees were super sweet and the place was clean. However, still disappointed.

  I used to use them to transfer my firearms I purchase online. I really like their service. The only negative is they threw away the box the rifle came with the SKU number so I couldn't get the rebate from the rifle company. It cost me $50. In the future please transfer the firearm with all the original packaging. Thank you.

  Bought 2 items at a very good price. Karl was super easy to deal with and was negotiable on the prices. The store was very clean and well stocked from jewelry to guns to music equipment. I will definitely be a return customer.

  I’m rating one star and doesn’t even deserve that the manager Clayton is so rude and very unprofessional! His people skills are horrible and he does not tend to help customers at all! I know I would not want someone like him scarring my customers away!
