  Guadalupe Bank and Austin Lair have been great to work with. We initially financed a land purchase through the bank in 2014, then Austin helped us with our interim construction loan for our future home on the property. At completion of construction, we moved into a permanent loan with Guadalupe Bank in 2018. Most recently, Austin contacted us to see if we were interested in refinancing our loan since rates had dropped significantly. Austin and Guadalupe Bank were so much easier to work with on the refinance than the larger nation wide lenders, it made the whole process so much easier. I highly recommend Austin and the rest of the staff at Guadalupe Bank, they are awesome to work with!

  What a pleasure it has been to work with Guadalupe Bank and in particular Austin. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and also working in the best interest of the client. We worked with him in our first purchase of land and then a home construction loan to follow. Recently we financed our original loan and he and Guadalupe Bank have helped us all the way through the process. Very communicative in all areas and Guadalupe and Austin always kept us in the loop and answered questions we had. While Kerrville is not such a small town anymore, you can still get the expert personal local service that separates Guadalupe Bank from the Big Box Banks. Thanks again to Guadalupe and Austin for a job well done.
