Never did I feel like I was just another client for them, but they made me feel like we were friends. Anytime I had a question, I received a prompt response answering same with thorough explanations.   Great experience with Tad and his team. Even when I didn't think I could own a house, Tad and his team made it happen. They helped me through the whole process and were very straight forward on what I needed to make it happen. Glad I made the choice to go with GSF MORTGAGE!!

  Very unprofessional. I posted a review about my experience on their fb page and they were lieing and trying to make me look bad. They dont care about helping anyone melissa is extremely immature. They make u feel dumb about your credit situation so if ur like me who has struggled in life, u better go elsewhere. They only want perfect people.Tad and melissa are the worst people to ever deal with. They lie and make you feel awful about yourself and your situation. They are NOT willing to help. They told me that they could get me into a rent to own program and fix my credit, and then the next day decided to change their mind. They already knew my credit situation, so why waste my time? They also like to call you at 8am so be prepared to be annoyed. Corporate is an even bigger joke. I called them to report a mistreatment issue that melissa farvour did because she is extremely rude, and they just rush you off the phone and tell you to do business elsewhere. Dont work with these guys! Oh and tad.will delete any negative posts so be sure to screenshot them! I already reported them to the bbb!

  Had several problems with them when something wasnt perfectly by the book they started telling me I had to buy a different house. Went to waterstone and had the loan done easily none of the same problems I had with Brad

  I would never recommend anyone to any other mortgage company but this one! They will help you no matter what stage your in! They were by far the most helpful and dilligent! Nothing but good things to say!
