  We had an account for our Girl Scout Troop for the past 13 years. Even though I typically only had in person transactions a few times a year (during Cookie Booths and other small fundraisers), I was always treated as if I was someone they saw every day. The best customer service provided with kindness and a smile!

  Over the last 12 months, I have had several interactions with BLC and everyone has been great. Mel recently helped my wife and I with a refinance that went very smooth and put us in a great spot.   Due to rapid mortgage rate changes, I've refinanced 3 times in 3 years and my experience with BLC was BY FAR the best. Drew was professional, responsive, funny, and took care of things like opening a checking account that were (assumingly) outside of his role. I got a great rate, was in & out of the signing in 30min, and couldn't be happier with the service.

  Their customer service and attention to detail is phenomenal. They go the extra mile for their customers because they truly care. Any lending institution can give you a loan and be competitive with rates, but if you want to keep your best interests at the forefront I recommend B.L.C. C.U.
