  From the very start Brian was extremely professional. He communicated very well with my wife and I. Brian was very personable and easy to talk to. He would explain things in ways for me to better understand since this was my first time selling and then buying a home. I have come to consider Brian a friend and mentor and will be using him in the future for anything else that needs to be done with real estate. Brian is outstanding at his job and I cannot say enough good things about him.

  Brian Dix and his team were phenomenal, professional and very well organized. I will definitely use him and his company in the future for any additional home purchases, refinancing, and any other service they offer. It was a smooth process with a very responsive staff. The monthly report that I receive via email is very informative about where my property values are in the current market. As a retired veteran, I look for solid companies that are veteran owned or employ veterans. Brian and I both served in the US Marine Corps and it is good to work with a fellow Devil Dog.

  If you appreciate customer service that is responsive to your needs and straightforward at every turn of the mortgage process, you will not find a better person to work with than Brian Dix. As first-time home buyers, my fiancee and I feel extremely lucky to have been able to work with Brian in getting the right loan for our house. From the beginning, Brian supplied us with multiple scenarios showing how much house we could afford and what our interest rates would look like. This was immensely helpful in making the right decision for our situation. And the flow of information did not stop there! Anytime we asked for more, Brian was prompt and super detailed in his analysis. Even when he was called to service for his USMC Reserve unit, Brian made sure we had the most up-to-date information. Now that's what I call going "above and beyond" for your clients! In short, we felt informed at every step of the process because Brian really cared about us. Maybe we didn't know that for sure along the way, but I am writing this review as confirmation of that statement. Brian will take care of you and your family. We give him our highest endorsement.   Brian Dix was my loan officer on my recent purchase, this was the easiest process thus far in my real estate endeavors. Brian was professional, courteous, and a really nice guy to talk with on the phone! I felt has though I was working with an old friend.
