  Alex was super helpful and always available to answer any and all questions that I had. Alex truly made me feel comfortable when talking and asking questions and always had a timely response. This was my first time purchasing a home and Alex definitely made the process a lot less stressful than I had imagined. I would recommend Alex to any person that is looking to purchase a home.   I work as an accountant for various home builders over the last decade. I feel like I have a strong understanding of what is going on from start to finish. However, I was shocked at the amount of work that was involved behind the scenes especially in a hot sellers market. Alex communicated what was going on and explained in detail what is needed to get an offer accepted. It was a chess match and Alex seemed to be 1 to 2 steps ahead of both the seller and the underwriter. I highly recommend Alex for all your real estate needs.

  We used Alex to help us purchase our first home, so naturally we weren’t too familiar with the process. Alex was patient with us, informing and answering all of our questions, and doing the busy work to get our loan approved. We even had a few curveballs with our application but Alex was able to get it done. Communication and responsiveness was great. He is always working—answering emails, phone calls and text messages.   To anyone reading this review, go ahead and contact Alex if you are looking to purchase/rent a home. He was responsive, helpful, informative, and fun to work together, and believe me, you want your real estate to be fun, when all other agents are trying to come at you. I was so thankful that my first home purchasing experience was through him, because I had no idea what to expect going in.
