  Applied for a loan Thursday with not the best credit in the world at around 2pm. Was approved, papers signed and checks all cut by 4pm Friday. Dawnell was responsive, understanding and one of the most helpful people I have dealt with in years. Thank you Global CU for making this one of the easiest things I have done in a long time. I have a NEW (to me) CAR!! :D

  Global is a great credit union. This location has a drive through and inside they offer shared branching if you are a member of another co-op participating credit union. The mobile check deposit recently added to Global's mobile app is a great feature! As with many check deposits (especially not in person) it makes sense that there is a small hold placed on the funds before they are available to use.

  My partner has expirienced multiple problems with this company starting from his initial set up with getting his pin changed multiple times and getting blocked from accessing his account. Each time hes called for help he has had a very difficult time recieving any. Recently someone stole his information and made thousands of dollars in purchases, overdrawing his account in incredible amounts and his bank did not notify him whatsoever. He made a call to get the problem handled and they told him they couldnt really do anything and to try calling again another time. Meanwhile someone still has his information. Very unhappy watching this, would recommend a more involved bank.

  Love Global!! Has been my bank for more than 25 years. Will bank no where else. Employees are awesome whether in person or on the phone. Excellent fraud department!!

  Digital check deposit is a joke. Decided to give it a try by electronically depositing a small $40 check. NIce! It was available the next day. Then made the mistake of depositing a $609 check on a Thursday morning. Guess what? Not available until the next Monday! Wow. No groceries for us for the weekend. NOT good customer service. Not a happy customer and won't use the service again. All those billboards touting BECU are looking pretty good. Hmmmm...

  Used to be a great place to bank. Now not so much. Will charge fees any chance they get. Will not work to help on anything. Don't bank here. Better of at bank of America.
