      I went into the lobby hoping to open a savings account. I stood there...while one of the tellers talked leisurely with her elderly boss. So I waited because I didn't want to interrupt if the tellers were busy. Neither one of them looked at me at all while I was standing there. I had passed right in front of their booths...no reaction. No greeting. One of the tellers then went and served a car that had rolled up to the window. At this point I was getting mad because I was clearly standing there. Then an elderly gentleman walked in and went up to the other teller's booth. And *he* got served. When he left I went up to the window and asserted myself...asking about the savings account glatco offered. The teller didn't seem very enthused to tell me anything about it. I walked out, knowing that Glatco CU was not getting my business.

      The bank manager is a great man . He took time out of his day to show me the apartment they have for rent . I really appreciate his kindness. Very professional great person I am thinking about putting my money 💰 there and changing credit union i have been with for years . Thank you mr William....

      System goes down on weekend all the time then I can’t access my bank account until the return Monday no number to call need to access bank account an have to wait till Monday morning
