Zac1Worst banking experience I could possibly imagine. The standard they have for customer service is unbelievable low and if you deal with them expect to be charged fees that are a direct result of this companies complete incompetence in every respect.

Mark McAbee1I can not stand this bank. They hold checks for 10 days on a IRS check. The people make you wait all the time. Customer service sucks.

Jamie Harget1Have tried to reach them multiple times after they closed one of my savings accounts. Have not got the money back, and continue to get a run around.

Kelly Kwiatkowski1If I didn’t have to come here for my work deposits I would not EVER bank here!!! The drive through never has enough help. Since I come here several times a week I feel like I have enough experience to give a fair review. On average I wait over 10 minutes every time I use the drive up window. I worked as a bank teller for years and I feel this is unacceptable.

Admin York Adams Prop Mgt1This Bank has the slowest drive through I have ever been in. I can't understand why the Manger of this Bank doesn't do something to make this drive through operate more efficiently. Thank you, Carolyn Sterner

Sarah Holloway1I've been a very happy BB&T customer for more than a decade, and I've never had any issues until I moved to Hanover and started dealing with this branch. My fiancé and I have a new baby, so I often send him to the bank on my behalf to deposit money into my account for bills just for the sake of convenience. We have been doing it without trouble for the better part of a year now, and I always give him preprinted deposit slips with my name and account information on them (the ones the bank issues with your checks) to avoid any confusion. Today when he went to deposit money into my account, the clerk flatly refused him and said it was BB&T policy that ONLY the account holder could deposit cash into an account with ID. I went and actually read the policy, and it doesn't say anything like that at all; There is just a blanket provision that says they can refuse any deposit if they feel like it. We had to make a second trip to deposit the money through the ATM. The bank is 10 minutes from my house, but the whole process took us more than an hour. I think I will be switching banks soon. :(

Jacqueline Vargas1Worst bank ever!!!! The lady’s in this office are so rude. They wouldn’t let me deposit my check because I forgot my ID. But I had my bank card so what is the reason I need a bank card if you need my ID instead of my bank card. The lady told me because she didn’t recognized me that why I need my ID when that’s the only bbt office I use. Husband and I are so tired of this bank we are switching banks!!!
