      Went to Better Dealz Auto Sales, walked away with a vehicle that I know I can depend on. Their customer service was awesome! They did everything to keep the price affordable for me. Making sure I walked away with what I wanted for what I could afford.

      You know that feeling when you go to look at a car and you see the car sales person coming toward you? You won't feel that with Mike and Ben at Better dealz! They make a car buying experience so easy and enjoyable! No pressure...Very Friendly and helpful ! I bought my Nissan Murano from them and now my daughter bought a Nissan Rouge. Go check them out...they are a smaller but they have a lot of inventory!!!

      These guys were very helpful in trying to help me buy a car with only a trade (a 2006 ford focus) with the Kelly blue book value of about $500 and no cash down! I left the lot with a newer car with low mileage and decent monthly payment. I am very happy with my purchase and experience.

      Went there to look at a cars and this rude man named Mike came out and wouldn't leave us alone! Finally sat down to discuss getting a car and I caught him checking out my fiance. After calling him out on it he then decided we weren't good enough to get one of his cars. I also would like to add that the car we were looking at was dirty and full of animal hair! Never deal with this putz because they are looking for more than a better deal

      This person was never at our dealership to purchase a car. However, his fiancé was here to have her friends' vehicles air conditioning checked. Mike talked to them for a few minutes in the process as he thought they were here to purchase a vehicle. Once he realized they were here for service he went on with his daily activities. Neither of them came into the building at all during the entire process. Once the vehicle was done being serviced, I personally handed her the keys and sent them on their way. I would assume that if there was an issue to the magnitude of this review someone would have said something to me before leaving the dealership. The only thing I can agree with in this review is that the vehicle that was purchased may have not been cleaned as well as possible which I offered the actual customer to have it cleaned.       We were promptly greeted but then felt as though we were shuffled about one guy took my information then took us to see the car then back again to the other guy to do paperwork, We asked about the vehicles final price repeatedly before and while we were there (the one I was preapproved for BEFORE coming to see it and I was a prime loan approval as it was put to us) and were never given the total of the vehicle, I was pre approved for the vehicle at a 5.9% apr with no co-signer, the plan was to trade in my car which I still owed $3,508.33 on which they were fine with and knew about beforehand also with no down payment. I was already approved at that point so all that was already figured out, we again asked the final price of the 2014 traverse with 93k miles we were looking at and approved for before the test drive and were told they would have it when we got back, so we drove it and then when we got back and asked AGAIN we were told we'd have to go in to get the numbers figured out, so we did, during the process I asked for my actual credit score and was basically denied that info and given a "ballpark estimate" of MY OWN credit score, while doing the math for the monthly payment we again asked for the FINAL price and again got the run around, so the man starts to break down the GAP insurance, their warranty etc etc and then gets to my monthly payment which would've been around 338$ per Month with a term of 74 months, and explained they were going to give me $4500 towards my old car to pay the remaining balance and then trade in value, then the remainder would be all for the new cars price etc etc. so the ending price the this 2014 traverse with 93k would've been almost $24,400 which we figured out after we left and were disappointed with because similar cars with nearly half the amount of miles are going for 6-7k less than that, unfortunately due to all the issues above that could've been avoided easily they lost a sale that should've been simple because we were sold and ready to sign before even seeing the car. sadly our experience wasnt as great as I had hoped and how lots of other peoples experiences were

      Thank you for giving us the opportunity to try to help you in your vehicle purchase. I am sorry that you were not happy with your experience. Unfortunately when you came in it was near closing time and instead of having you wait for your salesperson and extend the time you were here even longer we tried to keep things moving by having someone else help you initially. That I believe is where some of the confusion started. As far as the numbers you listed you were not paying 24k for the car. That number includes interest (from the bank), sales tax, tag fees, optional warranty, optional gap coverage and your negative equity for you trade-in. The overall sale price was less than KBB fair purchase price. I am sorry we didn't explain the numbers in a way that made sense to you.       I think the associate (Mike) I think was his name) went beyond to get us thru the credit process from starting over. In the end we did not ending purchasing here, not their fault. The loan company was going to charge state max interest rate which made the payments to much to afford monthly. I would have no problem going back here to purchase a used car.
