  Gina Kaberline and Fairway Mortgage made my house buying journey a breeze. The loan process with my previous experience was excruciating and I was pleasantly surprised that it was so easy and stress and hassle-free! Gina was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. She was proactive in letting me know what documents she would need when. Not once did she spring anything on me at the last minute causing me to scramble. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a loan officer. She was an absolute pleasure to work with!

  I highly recommend Gina and her team. Gina and Jennifer helped me throughout the entire process. I received consistent updates, prompt and thorough answers to my questions, and support. Home buying is stressful and they made this process easy and stress free by working with me as true partners. They are truly experts and work hard for their clients.   Gina and her team were awesome. As a first time home buyer, I didn't always know what questions to ask and they helped me through the process step by step, even helped me push my closing date sooner which was a huge help. Highly recommend!!!

  If I could give The Gina Kaberline Team 100 stars, I would. Hands down! I feel that every loan is unique but ours was definitely special and challenging. Gina was in our corner from the very get-go and I am eternally grateful that we had her as our loan officer. Gina was attentive, available, and kind during the entire process. I really appreciated her quick responses and willingness to break down terms and processes throughout our application, into underwriting, up until we closed. I always felt that I knew where we stood, what we had submitted/the rationale, and what was still needing to occur before the "next steps" happened. I would recommend Gina and The Kaberline Team (especially Jennifer) to anyone that is looking to purchase a home. You will not be disappointed, and only become sad when the time comes when you no longer find yourself talking to these lovely ladies. Overall a 100/10 experience.

  We could not have been in better hands. Gina and her team were amazing to work with! Gina constantly went above and beyond for us, including when we first were introduced. My husband and I spoke to her the Friday before an open house, where we had fallen in love with this home. Gina was able to get us pre-approved within a matter of a day! We knew if she worked that hard on short notice, she had already won our trust. Our documentation process was so long due to current events in our lives but Gina syard positive through the entire process and constantly kept communication between us. We highly recommend Gina and her team!

  I was very impressed with Gina and her team when we refinanced. They were quick to answer any questions we had and they made the entire process so easy!
