  As a first time buyer I was terrified of the process, Shad made it easy and the process set in place through Fairway was incredible user friendly. He stayed in contact with me and also went above and beyond to guide me through parts not even on his plate. He's recommendations and advice were topnotch and with great consideration to our needs. I will always return for our future purchases. And that will be sooner than I would've expected with the stories I've heard about home buying these days. This company and it's People are Top Notch!!!   I came to Shad with NO idea what I was doing. Life came at me sideways and Bam!, I needed to buy a house. Shad "held my hand" through the whole process. Answered all my ridiculous questions and got me through it one step at a time. His communication is outstanding. I am glad he was referredto me. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏
