  The Rome team was extremely helpful. They were always available to answer any questions we had about the closing process, mortgage terms, and appraisals. They would even go as far as to make recommendations when we found a house we liked but might not have been the best choice for us.   Mark Rome and his team @ Fairway were awesome to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure we truly understood all parts of the mortgage process. They provided several options and gave us the info we needed to make the best decision for us, without being pushy whatsoever. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and responsive.   My realtor recommended Fairway Mortgage company to me to help set up my loan for my first house. I was impressed by their efforts to work with me through what was close to a year long process before I found my house. Gina was my loan officer and she was patient and readily available for the multiple questions I had. I work as a nurse on the night shift and I appreciated how courteous she was of my schedule. I would definitely recommend her and Fairway mortgage to anyone, especially first time home buyers such as myself. I also appreciated how their app made submitting documents very easy. COVID-19 prevented a lot of face to face interaction but this company adapted quickly, sufficiently and safely. Overall I was very impressed.

  We worked with Aaron 7 years ago on the original mortgage on our house and he stayed in contact with us since then. We now had another good experience working with him on refinancing. Very professional and knowledgeable and responded quickly to all our questions. With the pandemic, this was a very different experience from 7 years ago, but Aaron took us safely through the process.

  Shad is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. He works hard (seemingly at all hours) and is very detailed. We have worked with him twice so far and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our mortgage loan. Highly recommend!

  Andrew is hands down the best. He not only is patient, and understanding, he takes the time to explain everything to someone like me who doesn't understand the market. Andrew is someone who we 100% will be using every time we are in the real estate market! He and the Rome Team made everything easy for us, which was extremely helpful since my husband and I both work full time. He and the Rome Team are the best!
