  I went on a couple of free consultations searching for a bankruptcy attorney and either wasn't impressed or didn't feel confident. Then a trusted friend referred me to Gilman, Burton and , Capone. From the first consultation with Mark and Tiffany I could see why my friend spoke so highly of them. Mark Capone and Tiffany were both extremely knowledgeable and in the law. Not only did they get the job done but everything they said they would do and everything they told me to expect were spot on.   The first time I called and spoke to Kevin about my finances, I cried. He was so kind and professional explaining the whole process to me and once I decided that I absolutely needed to file for bankruptcy the whole team guided me through the process. Tiffany was a life saver for me - helping me through it all!!! I was not very computer savvy, and she helped me tremendously. I have no plans on ever filing for bankruptcy again. I learned a lot about budgeting and saving from the required courses - but if I ever did have to declare bankruptcy again I would definitely call Gilman Bruton and Capone. Really a caring professional group.

  Marc Capone and staff have been so incredibly sincere and caring that I feel I have to shout from the rooftops. I truly believe Marc actually enjoys and expects to help his clients and manage their emotions during difficult times. I know it’s a business but it doesn’t feel like one. It feels like asking a friend for a favor and he delivers. I highly recommend using him.

  Marc Capone filed a motion for my wife to have a tax lien removed. We spoke to 3 other attorney's before we hired Marc, and they had no idea how to get this lien off. It took a few months to go through the court, but Marc and his team got it done. He gave us a very reasonable all inclusive price to get the job done, even though there was some back and forth with the courts. We are very pleased with his service and the outcome.

  I used this law office for a personal matter and they were nothing but professional and courteous. Any time I emailed or called them I received an answer to my concerns promptly. Mr Capone and Tiffany are really great to work with. Highly recommend them.

  Although I worked minimally with Marc himself... his staff was phenomenal... Tiffany was always there for me, responded so fast and answered all my questions so patiently!   I strongly urge people not to use the services of this man. My elderly mother went to him to resolve an issue concerning a foreclosure. My father passed away and my mother considered bankruptcy because after the doctor bills, we were left with nothing. This man either took advantage of he is simply a bad attorney. When there are no assets involved you don't have to declare bankruptcy. She is 74 on pension and social security. But he took an almost 2,000 dollars non-refundable, retainer fee, two years ago and has since done nothing. Don't hire this guy !!!
