  worst bank!! my loan paid in full and they took out my auto monthly loan amount after 30 days of my loan paid in full. Now I have to wait 10 business days before they cut me a refund check.. They can auto debit my account by can't eft deposit refund!! Unreal don't use this bank if you want funds withdrawn because they don't have a good system to show a loan has paid in full and stop from taking your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This bank is absolutely the worst bank ever. You can not “cash a check” and put it directly in your bank. You have to deposite the check and then WAIT for your money. Unlike OTHER banks such as DCU or Bank Of America where you can cash your check , then deposite it and NOT HAVE to wait for your money. Also if you loose your debit card they can not print out a temp or new one UNLIKE other banks. GFA makes you wait 3-5 business days to get a new card. Meaning you have to go INSIDE the bank until you get a new card to get cash. Their bank is just slow and not up to date with other banks. I would not recommend this bank to anyone who wants a fast banking experience. If I could give them zero stars, I would but google wouldnt let me.

  The Saturday manager was very rude in her tone with me today. I told her that I felt that she was giving me poor customer service and there was no apology or any expression if concern.

  Very untrustworthy bank. There’s no way the “good” ratings on this bank are legit. If anyone has had a good experience at this bank, I’d be extremely surprised.
