  From start to finish Bryan and his team were there every step of the way! With the added stress of buying a first home Bryan made it quick and painless for me. Bryan was always readily available via phone, email or text and when I did call the office someone always was willing to assist. I had my days where I would tell Bryan “I don’t think I will find a home or be able to afford what I am looking for”. Bryan always kept me Positive and knew things would work out… and they did! I closed on my first home Over a week ago and I can’t thank the Gershamn Team enough!!!

  Bryan Marx and his team at Gershman Mtg are amazing! If you are self-employed or have an S Corp - call him. He will make it happen when other lenders can't. Good communicator. Answers all questions and was fast to get to closing.

  As a first time buyer, I was nervous going into the mortgage application process. Fortunately I was reassured by a great team who I feel had my back throughout the whole process. I never felt disconnect or misguided. I also feel the deals I was given were fair compared to bigger companies like quicken loans. I'd highly recommend getting a bid from Gershamn if you're looking into buying in this area.

  Very professional team, I shopped several different brokerages and Bryan was the only one that did not try to sell me but rather explained in detail my options and how they impacted me. He was readily available and quick to return phone calls even when I did not leave a voice mail. The attention from start to end on communication and explanation of next steps showed that they realized while its not new to them - the process was new to me. I am very pleased with the experience and highly recommend this company.
