  Buying a house is such a stressful thing to do. Craig made sure to keep us informed about what was happening in our loan process. This was a much different experience than the last time we bought a house and I am so thankful that we had Craig on our team helping us through this process.

  The Application process was clear and all the steps were laid out easily, the online web portal and application made submitting documents easy and the fact I can call, and text my loan officer anytime (including weekends) is soooooooooooo GREAT. I know will get a response to any question or concern I have. this is a streamlined home buying process and I will for sure work with them again when I refinance my recent home purchase again with them. They make magic happen with all the hard work they are doing in the background.

Once the loan process had started, Craig was always available to answer all of my questions and was quick to update me whenever we reached a new stage in the process. I also worked with Lindsay Rappert at Gershman and she too helped the process run smoothly, letting me know exactly what information she needed from me and what tasks I still needed to complete.
