  Dwight and everyone at the bank are super courteous and great to deal with. If you have a question they are always there with their advise. We are extremely happy we found 1st Advantage Bank and everyone there. We have quite a few accounts with them and everything is handled top notch!! If you need a bank, 1st Advantage Bank is it!

  My 9 year old grandson opened his Piggy Banking account this month. 1st Advantage made the experience very special for him. He has bragged to his third grade friends how important 1st Advantage made him feel. The bank's customer service is the best!! Thank you for supporting and helping our youth learn about banking. You are the BEST!

All of the Bank's employees we've met have been friendly, efficient, and eager to help with our banking needs. And special thanks to April Meyers for all her assistance over the past four years.   This bank has the friendliest staff and they are very efficient at what they do. The bank handles my business and personal accounts and it is such a pleasure to be able to make a phone call and talk directly to a real person who can take care of your needs. Skip the big banks and the impersonal treatment. This is the bank to call for all your banking needs.

  I work for an investment firm and needed the aid of 1st Advantage Bank to complete a complicated transaction for a mutual client of my company and the bank. Joe Armour, EVP at 1st Advantage went out of his way to accommodate us. He provided everything we needed in a timely manner & did it with a warm & friendly attitude. I am so impressed with Joe & his professional staff, that I am considering moving my personal accounts to 1st Advantage. Kudos!

  The customer service is always spot on. If it's close, I would strongly recommend using them. It's quick to get ahold of representatives and they're always friendly and efficient.
