  Ronda Pearson was a fantastic partner during my entire home buying search and purchase. She was encouraging and supportive as I navigated the difficult housing market of this year and she provided detailed answers and materials to me anytime that I had questions (and since this was my first time buying a home, I had a lot!). Ronda is a well-informed, positive, diligent and wonderful person who would be a tremendous asset to anyone looking to finance a home.   If you want an honest, straightforward lender, I found one.!!!!! I want to say everyone who I had contact with was wonderful. Especially Kyle Gibson our loan officer. Gershman is a good company to work with. I tried some of the companies with " jingles on the radio " Dont use them, go with word of mouth.
