  Worst bank ever. Worst customer service and policies. There is discussions with them. Their overdraft notifications come too late for you to do anything about. The old River Valley would have called you right away, notifications came right away and you had time to move funds if needed. I've been charged $190 at least 4 times. This bank is a scam.

  German American has the BEST mobile app out there! & they have been awesome helping me thru a Scam/fraud incident ! I have had several banks & Credit unions thru my life, & they far surpass everyone. The tellers & Suzanne are wonderful! Thank you for the great Customer Service GA!! Kathleen Rubio

  Trying to move funds from one account to another, BOTH with the old River Valley bank. German American has so many demands and charges and fees in place that is it not possible unless you can physically go to one of their offices. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Money is all that counts. People are just nasty little things with which they must deal. If you aren't going to make them money, you aren't worth their time!!

  I am melvis cripplebaerry of 4284 route 62 and I was very displeased witch your service did not combine with my demands of committing witchcraft in the state of Illinois. My friend Erin hamberegeler of south main street was accused of which. It was wrongful and I am morning the loss of minsceplf kithberg. My freudn was fraudulated whime in between such corporations.
