      They change your spending limit without your approval and you can’t change it. They should have a phone number to the actual Bank provided and not just customer service.

      Went here to open an account as we will be moving here in the future. Wouldn't let us us without some additional address verification which we didn't have and have never had to provide. So, we went around the corner to Old National and boom, got it done.
