The personnel in Rome are wonderful. They are always smiling, and helpful.... They treat like family. Only one downer, yet it's not THEM; I feel it shouldn't take 2 weeks by mail to replace a debit card that was stolen.

Thanks for the feedback Amelia. The cards are actually ordered and produced within 24-48 hours of being reported. Unfortunately it’s the mail that is so slow. We hope to have a much quicker solution in the near future.
