      I completely agree with u Mansi, some of them are really good but some of them are just pathetic. I went there to see if I am eligible for home loan, that lady didn't even smile and she was looking at me in a suspicious way as if I was going to rob her, when I left that time also she didn't say thanks or bye...that's not fair at all....some are really racist over ther.

      If i could give them 0 stars for this location at 2nd ave i would have. Worst Customer Service. All the ladies working are so rude and racist. I have been there 3 times since i have opened my account and its the same way they treat me everytime. I opened my account in the west rome branch and those ladies over there are so sweet and nice, never had a problem with them . Its just this downtown rome branch worst banking ever .

      Have had nothing but trouble everytime I try to do transactions that I have done at other United community banks it's like the ppl that work there are slow in the head and don't know how to perform their jobs
