You cant transfer money out of your account online-the options are a wire transfer, a cashiers check (they’ll mail it to you!) or using a platform like paypal. This is why we end up stuck with institutions like Chase… *there are links for transfers, but when when you link to an external account it will inform you that the limit to transfer out is $0.

Terrible customer service. We have been trying for over a month to get a lost debit card replaced. With Covid, there is no other way to access funds. They seem incapable of completing this task. Almost non-existent communication, seemingly no desire to provide customer service and little recourse to correct this situation. Staffed only by unpaid students, there needs to be a better model. For now, use a commercial bank.

Incredible customer service from the moment you walk in the door. Best banking option for Hoyas by far!

The only choice for Georgetown students. Only bank I've seen that really cares about its customers.
