      The staff at Genoa Bank are wonderful. We have found there financial department to be extremely helpful. Ryan strives for perfection with helping his customers invest their money wisely and make better finacial choices. I love the feeling of a Small town bank. I love knowing that I am working with local people and that my money stays local. I am always making recommendations to people that they consider Genoa bank and their financial department.       This branch has wonderful costumer service. I have never had a problem with this branch or any other branch. everyone is really kind and they make you feel at home when you are in there. the men there are so very polite and very charming. The manager and the assistant manager are very helpful and kind. I would recommend this branch to anyone. If i have a problem I'm not scared to call them. they do everything in their power to help the customer. I will always be a recurring customer at this branch. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK GUYS!!!

      Ryan and Tom have been a great help in assiting me with making sure i am on the right path. Sometimes they will challenege my thinking, but thats what I would expect from a good adviser. I would recommended taking the time to sit down to hear what they have to say.

      Absolutely a bad move when we switched banks. Long story short, I started a business. 1. The loan lady was new and completely screwed me out of a business loan and took over 2 weeks. 2. I has fraudulent charges on my business card, they sent out a new card, but it will take 7-10 business days!! Seriously??!! 3. If you don't use one of "their" atms, you get charged double fees. So our atm charges at the casino were $7.00. I'll be taking my checking, business, and mortgage back to a different bank!
