      The massive parking lot that was built for these businesses behind the horrible corner location of the bank must have been designed by someone with a significant mental deficiency. Every time I come north it never fails to amaze me how these idiots design the roads and whatnot. Surely this is a result of a few failed lobotomies.

      As a business you would think they would be a responsible community partner. They NEVER clean their sidewalks of snow. This is a major walkway to the Jr. High and it is the only stretch that is never touched. This has gone on for years and it is a safety hazard along with being an eyesore for the community of Perrysburg.

      ATMs frequently won’t accept cash deposits, or are out of service. Due to not being able to deposit money after work hours they hit me with overdraft fees and refused to refund them even though it was their bank’s mistake. Poor customer service, they don’t call back promptly. Overall do not like this banking institution and recommend Huntington over them.

      Tomorrow it will be 3 months and they STILL HAVE NOT figured out our direct deposit issue!!! If I was you I would bank somewhere else. Fifth-Third has NEVER given us problems. I should have stayed 100% with them.
