  The best credit union around! Very professional and very much care about the customer! I highly recommend switching and coming to Genisys! I have both a auto loan and credit cards through them and I couldn’t be happier! I will use them for all my automotive needs in the future

  This whole branch was very friendly and helpful. Huge props to Beverly J for being a super hero on my boat loan. I literally went into the office with Boat Hull ID, my phone and wallet seeking a same day boat loan. Less then an hour later I was walking out with the check for the dealer. On a Saturday no less. This branch isn't super close to my house but it may have to become the branch of choice!

  So…why do you guys even have phones? I’ve tried every branch in the area ortonville, clarkston, lake Orion, Oxford, Waterford EVERY SINGLE BRANCH! not a single time in the last 5 month has anyone ever answered the phone. I’ve called 2-3 times for general questions and for serious account based questions and I have to call the main hub in Pontiac? Unacceptable I work in customer/client service I don’t answer MY phone and I’m fired and as I a result I hold your company to the same standards.

  Absolutely can't say enough about how great everyone is at Genisys Credit Union. I am so happy I started doing all my banking with them. They are easy to communicate with and all very friendly. Recently refinanced my mortgage through them and Lynn Dillon and her team were absolutely wonderful. Everything went smooth and closed quickly. Thank you so much Genisys, you are the best!

  I've been a member at Genisys Credit Union since 1979 (when it was Truck & Bus/T&C Credit Union). Always been great banking with them. Beverly Jeffries has been the absolute best with assisting me with anything I've needed help with! Thank you Beverly!! I hope Genisys knows how important you are!!!

  Love my credit union! member for decades! I go out of my way to get to the Sashabaw branch! Amanda is the most friendly professional and multi-tasking teller i have ever met . there is joy in voice eagerness to help in every way. She is a "credit"to her profession

  The most personal and helpful group of people I have ever had when banking. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Down to earth and the best part is they're real people with real advice! This awesome staff got back in great time, never rude and always willing to help with anything! I cant say enough good things, and I am certainly happy I moved to Genisys!   Cannot say enough good things about my experience with this staff! These are real people who really care about you and your finances!   I worked with Caitlynn on refinancing my vehicle and she was nothing short of AMAAAAZING! Kept me informed of everything, got my payments down to a more comfortable payment, responded quickly and answered every question I had. If I give her more than 5 stars I would! Definitely recommend them. Easiest process in refinancing.

  Probably the best banking experience I have had. I refinanced a vehicle, sold one and purchased 2 more through this branch and the process was painless. Caitlynn took very good care of me and had great communication throughout the entire process.
