  Nicole Price handled my auto loan. She was the best. Made the whole process so simple and painless. She was quick, efficient and friendly. An absolute pleasure to work with. Being my first time having an auto loan I had a lot of questions. Nicole was quick to answer every question, for a process that can seem very intimidating to a first timer, I felt comfortable and knew exactly what was going on the entire time. A+ service and I honestly couldn't have asked for better. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends.

  Connie Bunker is absolutely amazing!! I recommend her and Genisys CU to everyone that I know. She gets everything done so efficiently and truly cares about her customers! She helped me with my ATV & auto loan - I will be using her as my loan officer from now on!! She is always an email away and I appreciate her so much!!!! Great job, Connie & Genisys!

  I have banked at the Fenton Michigan office for 4 years and was always thrilled going there. The staff are always up-beat, pleasant and professional. I like the Hometown feel of being somebody when doing any business. I encouraged many of my friends and neighbors to join to appreciate the friendly service .

  What an amazing experience as ALWAYS! Carmen Phillips has done it again. We contacted her at 9:30 this morning to refinance a loan to help us out getting that loan out of my name and into just my husband's name and by 11:30AM we had a pre approval and by 2PM the whole loan was done and complete. We will always keep coming back for all our loans with CARMEN PHILLIPS. :)

  I received the best service ever! Alanah is a God send! This is not just a job for her! Alanah's loving, kind , and caring personality shined though from the first time I spoke with her on the phone! I felt like I made a new friend.😊She worked hard, & stayed in touch with me until all my business was taken care of. Genisys is Blessed to have her as an employee!   Great experience today at my local branch of the Genisys Credit Union in Fenton! Specifically with my Financial Service Rep, Carmen Phillips. Carmen made my car loan application process and closing soooooo easy. Friendly, informative, painless! Keep it up Carmen, Genisys is lucky to have you representing them.   I called Genisys to refinance my car loan and had a great experience working with Alanah and Nicole. They were both great to work with! I was able to lower my rate on the car loan! They also told me about a great high yield checking account that I couldn't pass up on!

  The Clarkston Genisys branch is great. We do alot of banking with Genisys. The Fenton branch is a joke. I deposited a check to this location instead of waiting to take it to the Clarkston location. The check is on hold for 10 days! The Clarkston location has never held up a check on me. I have talked to three different people so far and have gotten three different answers. First said call and talk to a manager and I should be able to have something done about the hold time. Second said to call back in a few days and they should be able to get the check cleared then. A few days later I call back and am told that they have no idea what I am talking about, that they can't possibly do anything, and that I have to wait the 10 days or jump through hoops to get it released. So the first two people had no idea what was going on, or the last person just did not care enough to help. Disapointed.
