  LOVE this credit union. I’ve had an excellent experience working with Izabelle on with both of my personal and auto loan, and as a younger person with no idea how anything with loans work, I feel very informed now and safe going through with Genysis. I’ll be switching over to them for my everyday banking soon! I HIGHLY recommend them to almost anyone who asks me about them.

  This branch is excellent. Every time I come they are very helpful. Today I met Kat. I see her in all the branches I go to and she is very well mannered and goes out of her to help me. Everyone takes excellent care of me. Thank you.

  I am used to great service at Genisys Credit Union. however, working with Luke Dennis (Financial Services Representative- Lending) took my experience from good to wonderful. If you want to be treated with the respect you deserve, make sure you ask for Luke. I am referring him to all my friends as well.

  I recently joined this branch all due their wonderful General Manger Kyle Provencher. This branch is the most helpful and wonderful one they have, and they are all great as a company. I joined in the middle of the darkest days of the pandemic and they made it EASY to join, despite not being able to go in at the time due to so much unknowns. Now I am pleased that genisys has a hard rule about masks. I know they care a businesses have made it clear they value my health. And I appreciate that as a mother and as someone with preexisting conditions. They are amazing

  I have to honestly say I haven't had any serious problems with Genisys Credit Union, I'm always waited on by kind people, and the service doesn't take long at all. All I have to say is keep up the good work. 😁

  Still has the feel of the old small town bank/credit union but all the features and services of the big banks. Things are done quickly and thoroughly but you talk to a real person you don't feel like a number. You feel like they are on your team. I highly recommend them.

  Been with this branch since I bought my house and transfer all my family accounts with them too. They have very low interest rate, which I loved on home and care loans, got both loans. I deal with Erika, she is sweet, professional and kind and helpful person. She also got me small personal loan approved as well. All over, all the staffs are nice nd friendly. Few of the staff Allready knows who I am and knows me by my name, get my transaction going before I can even pull my ID out. Thank you all.

  Let me tell you how Genisys cares about the community. I am a local small business that has been banking with Genisys for 8 years when my business started. When we first started up I had over $80,000 invested into equipment and Genysis refused to give me a small business loan. All that was needed was $15,000 for payroll and operating cost. Fast forward to 04/2020 now when senate passed the Payroll Protection. I went to the drive-thru to drop off my application the teller informs me that they do not accept applications for this loan. So I sourced another lender that also did not get the loan full filled in time. In the mean time Genysis decides to change there policy to accept applications. The loan program runs out of money so they stop accepting applications. Now the second round of loans has been approved I in turn call Genysis again to inquire about a loan guess what they have changed there policy AGAIN! Now they do not know if they will accept loan applications for this second round and refused to give me any other information than that. When you see local business in around your community keep Genysis in mind.
