  I reached out to Levi after my wife and I decided to purchase a house. I filled out the form on his website and pretty soon after he had reached out to me to help me get started to be pre approved. Levi is always working to help you get the best for your mortgage and will find time to answer your questions. He helped us find a realtor who was amazing and helped us find the house we were looking for. Levi will find the best deals for you and works with first responders, health care workers and those in the military.   As first-time home-buyers, we were clueless about the process. Levi worked very closely with us and always had our best interest at heart. There was constant communication and they took extra steps to make sure things were done in time for closing. Every week or so, they provided fun, interactive videos about common topics surrounding home-buying that helped us too! We were also required to take a home-buyer course that was super informative and really sealed in the necessary knowledge. The application and paperwork was all digital so we could do it from home or on-the-go from a computer or smart phone. The app gave us real-time updates on the status of our loan so we were never wondering. If you want to be truly taken care of, go with Levi's team at Leader One.

  When we first started the home buying process, lack of communication with our first lender caused a lot of problems and we ended up losing the first house we intended to buy. We then decided to switch to Levi, who was amazing every step of the way. He made sure to keep us in the loop at all times and worked hard to get us into our new house as soon as possible (we had little time before our apartment lease was up).
