  The Genesis Mortgage team is fantastic. We wanted to take advantage of low interest rates to refi the house. Carly was our first point of contact and she was extremely patient. Lisa and Sam helped every step of the way and answered all our questions especially relating to self-employment documents. From start to finish it took 27 days to close! This team is not only professional but fun to work with. I will be recommending Genesis Mortgage Group to our friends and family.

  Genesis mortgage group is a phenomenal team. They will make a mortgage happen when everything that can go wrong goes wrong: difficult sellers, poor appraiser, extremely challenging property, tricky location, non QM loan, lawsuits, you name it, they still get it done. I don't think anyone else could have secured this property for us on the terms that it was secured except genesis mortgage group. They work day and night to make it happen, stay up to date with you, and are working on and taking care of things you can't even start to imagine in the background. They are not your typical broker, they are an exceptional, professional, and an outstanding team of human beings that support you like a friend or family. You cannot go wrong working with Genesis.

  We have found our mortgage professionals FOR LIFE! I really can't say enough great things about Lisa and Sam. We've worked with them on 2 mortgages so far, and if we buy again, it will be with their help! Here's the background: We had a tricky situation, buying a house while still holding a mortgage on a condo. I wasn't sure we'd qualify or how we could accomplish our dream of buying a house. Sam guided us by explaining all the different scenarios we could face while trying to qualify, which allowed us to make sure that no matter what conditions underwriters hit us with, we would be ready! Once we decided how we were going to finance things, Lisa was up to bat to lead us through the underwriting process. What should the title company be doing, what should your realtor be doing, what about inspections, surveys? This team knows is all. Long story short, if you're looking for mortgage professionals to guide you and fight for you (if need be), Lisa and Sam are it! Home run for sure! In fact, they're more than a mortgage company, I'd call them home-ownership coaches!
