  My experience with Genesis of Fayetteville was first class. Everyone, from the GM Mike Hammer to the salesman Dave Clark, was professional, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The Genesis team took the time to answer all of my questions and to make sure my purchase was the right one for me. I was not rushed or pressured to make a purchase. I am so happy I decided to buy my beautiful new GV80 from such a great team. Genesis of Fayetteville outdid themselves! The quality of service definitely matches the quality of my Genesis. I highly recommend !

  Lightning does strike twice in the same spot! Yesterday we purchased our "second vehicle" from Genesis of Fayetteville and we are extremely satisfied. Our salesperson was Melissa Smith and she was nothing less than superb during this process. She sold us a Cardiff Green GV80 Prestige, and we are tremendously happy! This dealership has won us over and we look forward to purchasing from them again once the EV inventory arrives later this year. Once again, we strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and ask for Melissa to aid you in closing the deal:)

  We purchased a Genesis GV80 and my wife and I were impressed by the support, helpful nature and professionalism of those we worked with including our Genesis sales and tech consultant (Josh Baxter), business manager (Taivia Knight), and the Sales Manager (Don Strickland). We worked very closely with Josh after we ordered our car and Josh was always quick to update us and respond to our questions (via text, email and phone) and guide us through the receipt of the car and basic tech training before we left with our new vehicle. Everyone was terrific, responsive and very friendly. We will buy our next car from Lee Genesis/ Hyundai of Fayetteville.

  It was a pleasure to deal with Genesis of Fayetteville. This is the 2nd time we have dealt with them. They are very knowledgeable and present excellent service and commitment.   Misunderstanding and apparent miscommunication that I experienced at the time of Genesis service and with service personnel was completely and amicably resolved. I spoke with Ken, the service advisor, and found him conscientious and clearly dedicated to customer service. I was quite impressed that the organization went overboard to insure that our issues were fully resolved.

  I purchased a new Genesis G 80 from their dealership. We had a very small problem and it was fixed immediately and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience and with the dealership. The small problem was addressed and fixed immediately and I would absolutely recommend them if you are in the market for a new car and only if customer service is important to you. Go visit the sales person Perry Williams Jr and say hello to Mr. Strickland while you’re there. I traded in new Lexus and the Genesis is heads and shoulders a better vehicle! You won’t regret it.
