W S1The Worst Credit Union in the World!!!! Have to drive across the state just to find one!!! I found one on 6000 loop 410,,,, darn place was like a prison!! You have to walk to a "service machine and wait 15 minutes for their incompetent personal to do 1 Transaction!!! Nothing posted in the area of what you need to do a transaction....I'm disabled and cannot stand that long, but do you think that GFCU Stinking cares.....HEll no, there is no place for a person to be seated while waiting for their slower than snails incompetent employees to Even begin servicing you especially if your Disabled!!!!
Response from the ownerWe're sorry for your negative experience, and we certainly appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback so that we can look into this matter further. Ac Perez1I've been banking here for years & recently have been very disappointed. On Sept. 4th I deposited $2000 into my accounts. There was $28 taken out of my savings by GFCU & no matter how many times I ask, no one has been able to explain why. I have gone to drive-tgru tellers 3 times & they take my cell phone number down & promise to call back but never have. They've even tried blaming the other bank & tell me to take it up with them. Ok, how is the other bank going to know why you (GFCU) took money out of my account. All other coworkers did not have problems depositing at their banks. Its time to look for another institution. So fed up.

Nancy V2Disappointed. Drive thru wait times are WAY TO LONG. Wait times upwards of >25 minutes. I think more can be done to get the lines moving faster when they see 4 lines of vehicles with at least 4 cars in each line. Unacceptable GFCU.
Response from the ownerHi Nancy, We appreciate you sharing your feedback of your experience at the Northwest Branch drive-thru. We would like to hear more about your experience. Would you please email us at [email protected] so that we may follow up with you directly? We appreciate your membership.

Kiki1I can't deposit a check into MY bank account at the 24 hour atm because you people did not notify us that the ATMs only accept cards with the chip reader. I work around chip cards all day at work and can not stand cards with the cheap reader. I wanted to enjoy being able to use my non chip card until the end of January and this had been an extreme inconvenience for me, as I'm sure the chip card will continue to be during purchase. I wanted had driving here. I feel we should have a choice of whether or not to use the chip card or not, and all these banks are shoving them down our throats.
Response from the ownerHi Khiana, Thank you for taking the time to write a review and provide us with your feedback. We did update our ATMs earlier this year, and they no longer accept deposits as a security measure. Our ATMs do, however, accept both chip and non-chip cards. We care about your concerns, and if you'd like to share more about your experience, we encourage you to email us at [email protected] so that we can follow up with you. Thank you for your membership.

Estefania Ochoa1WORST financial institution ever. They charge fees when they are not supposed to no matter how much proof you bring they will charge you. Run away from this place. Member service are not helpful. Especially Danielle, extremely rude. Defiantly looking into filling complaints against them.
