Kiks of Texas4I really like this location out of the way and never too busy. I have been with generations since they were san antonio employees federal and they know me personally when I walk in the door.

Sandra Hand1I came here to deposit for share branching, I called to verify they where open and if I’m able to do this. I finally arrived and one sign posted “deposit form in canister” there was a good amount of people. Waited for over 30 minutes but took it easy. My turn finally I put my deposit form, the money & my ID. 5 minutes pass by only for them to tell me my transaction is only able to be done in the lobby but since the lobby is closed they can’t do nothing about it. Then they go and promote Security Service? Whatever, not very good with communication, there should be a sign stating what they can’t do. If drive thru is only open then start improving your business not limit.

David Tovar2The greetings are fake here. I was watching college football while teller's were busy...and before halftime, a great touchdown was made..and then the tv went off. I asked manager.."the manager" to please turn on while we are in line patiently waiting for service to turn tv back on. He told me they were closing..I responded but were still in line waiting? And with his attitude he turn in back on.

M L3I hate that I can't deposit into the atm. They have new ATMs now, which is great because their old ATMs were kinda weird and outdated, but now I can't deposit? I spent 10 minutes trying to figure it out and ended up just leaving.
Response from the ownerHi Mariah, Thank you for your review and feedback. You’re correct that our new ATMs do not allow for deposits. This important change increases ATM safety and efficiency. Deposits can be made inside any branch location, as well as in the night drop slot at each of our stand-alone locations. Additionally, checks can be deposited using Smart Deposit on the GFCU mobile app as another option. Thank you again for your review. We appreciate your membership!

Veronica Rodriguez1Used to have a great experience at this branch until new manager came along. Horrible experience at the Yarrow branch. Manager lets teller wear slippers to work, baggy pants, messy hair (not professional at all) and teller does not seem to know what she is doing (same teller every time). Manager always has to help out same teller (teller needs to be replaced or needs more training) and manager does not seem to have experience either. Manager had to call over another teller to help her out. Line was backed up to the door with no other available tellers to help members. Only one branch location on the south side. Hopefully more training will take place or manger and teller need to be replaced
