      I would really recommend banking literally anywhere else. The bank Manager, Dan, not only thinks he's better than you, he knows it. Not at all willing to make an effort to be helpful, but more than willing to be spiteful.

      I have been with GE Credit Union for so many years now, I have had my whole family open accounts with them also. I have had all different loan types through GE CU with great rates always being offered, and so much more!!! I will continue doing business with them. I love they will go above and beyond in order to make things easy as possible when you need help applying and maybe can't get to an office and everything can be handled through the phone and email. Which helped us a lot and still does due to the covid crisis. The friendly and professional staff are there to help you in anyway possible. I am a forever GE CU member. Thank you for all you do.

      Great bank. Easy to deal with. Get all the benefits of a big bank, plus much much more. The automated machines allow you to withdraw as much cash as you please. I moved away from banking with US Bank after 30 years. I am so glad I did.

      I'm very thankful this bank is here I used to always have to go down to the main branch in evandale. But now that it's here it is easy fast and friendly to stop in and make a withdrawal. Or do any baking needs.

      Bank teller cancelled my debt card without my permission because I asked about retrieving my pin number she told me I would have to come inside. I told her I would handle it later since I was sick. Next day I tried my card and it was shut off. Very inconvenient.

      Constant mistakes requiring time or visits from me. Shutting down my debit and credit cards at least once every two weeks. Nobody answers the phone. I recommend trying a different bank.

      Where to start...first the service is incredibly slow. I can pull in the drive thru, see staff inside, no customers or a couple of customers, and you would think they were packed with people waiting. You sit and sit and sit before someone helps you. And none of the staff look like they get into any great hurry. Next, beware! If you have 2 payments to make to 2 different bills, there is a good chance they will post both payments to 1 account. It has happened to me twice in a 12 month period. I seperate the bill stubs and checks so there should be no confusion. Even put them in separate envelopes, but it doesn't help. I then get a late bill! I call and they are oh so sorry and fix it. But, what about this customers aggrevation and time? And then there is your credit score...no one was able to tell me that it didn't report as late. Good luck getting a manager on the phone so it's leave a message. Poor customer service all the way around.

      Worst service I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. Went into Loveland GECU to speak to a manager where I was told by Brittany there wasn’t one in today so I called the call center to see what branch had an manager available where I was then told that they just got off the phone with a manager at the Loveland branch so I then go back into the branch and spoke to the same Brittany who was rude still and said yeah she’s with someone. Like okay did she just appear in the last 5 minutes since she just told me she wasn’t there. Then the assistant manager came over to greet me and told me she could assistant me with what I needed done so I let her know I was told she wasn’t in today and she proceeded to argue that Brittany didn’t say she wasn’t in today and that she told me the assistant manger was with someone as if the assistant manager was right beside Brittany the first time which she wasn’t in the room. So I’m glad I was told I was a liar pretty much. Then all of a sudden she couldn’t help me with what I needed done even then she knew from the beginning what I needed done and said she could help me and then Couldn’t and I was gonna have to wait till the branch manager was in Monday! So for some reason when I walked into the store I was already judged and discriminated and they didn’t want me there.
