  Great customer support. Not only quickly figured out a small issue we were having, but then made every possible effort to understand how the problem occurred and to ensure it wouldn't happen again. I wish I knew the representative's name to give her credit here. Bottom line, it was a very positive experience and increased my faith in and respect for this bank. So far, much better experience than big name banks we have dealt with.

  Union Savings is the Best in Tri-State Hands Down- I have bought 3 homes with Union savings bank, first in 1993 when I was making $11 an hour, an no one else would touch a kid out of college. I moved to Indiana in 1998 and they financed that home while keeping the first home I bought. Then in 1999 they finance my New home to be built.I owned all 3 homes at one point making 50k/yr. If you have a proven track record (good credit) they will make it work, they like all banks have underwriting standards and actuaries to help make good decisions in the loan process. If your high risk and still bad mouth Union Savings try working on your credit scope.. I'm building a new house now and I wouldn't even considering going somewhere else.Love this bank.

  Extremely difficult to speak with anyone at this location. Forget trying to call as you get directed to mailboxes that are not taking messages or snide comments about what they will and will not respond to

  Was told by the loan officer Union Savings does not sell mortgages, they hold them for the life of the loan. My mortgage was sold to a different bank less than 2 months after I closed on the house. Shows how much my business was appreciated.

  My first experience working with USB for a loan for land was great! I had the best customer service, all of my questions were always answered whether by chat, email or phone and I was very appreciative of the quick response. Huge thanks to Sean for helping me through the whole process!

  Sean Bunevich did an outstanding job processing our loan and keeping us informed along the way. He is truly a professional. Our loan was for a vacant lot and we will most definitely be contacting him again to process our construction loan in the near future.

  Do you want a mortgage that suddenly gets more expensive? Love being left on hold for hours? Enjoy being told you'll be called back but never called back? Boy do I have a bank for you! Bonus: you get to do their job for them! This is easily my favorite part. Every time there is an issue with your mortgage and or escrow account, which will happen every two months, you get to call them up and tell them step by step how to fix it! This is really great when you have no experience in banking or mortgages. Big shout out to Kim in the escrow department, she's fantastic at not returning calls!

  Not being able to answer phone calls or always able to quickly get back with emails makes dealing with me a bit more difficult. Union Savings was very patient and understanding of my situation and my questions were always answered back in very timley manner. Even the appraiser whom they used was more then willing to work with my odd scheduling without any issues. It all got done quickly and thorough .

  I am still at the beginning of a refinancing process. So far, everything is good. I wish it was little faster but I do understand why it is taking time.. Mark has been picking up or returning all my calls and answering all my questions and concerns. So far, good.
