  My personal recommendation for all your home lending needs. I really can't thank Gene and Jennifer for all the work they do behind the scenes that make selling and buying a breeze. Use them, is what I have to say to you if you need a great lender. Professional, knowledgeable, they don't talk down to you, but talk to you and they are happy to explain everything and anything. My personal example, we sold a house and bought a house at the same time as we had a baby. It was painless, they sent paperwork online, only asked for docs needed once, not fifty times like other lenders and kept good communications through calls and emails every week. This is the only team I trust with purchases and sales of homes, and they should be the only ones you trust if you respect my reviews.
