  First time there today, Richie (based off previous reviews) was off, I should’ve asked her name, but the woman who helped me was pleasant, took her time to make sure everything was correct but didn’t take forever either, which was great. I got what I needed, definitely will go to again & if the lady who helped me this afternoon in Merrick reads this, thank you again!

  I went to gembrokers for an financial emergency ! I was running short on funds and I went in here and spoke with Hillary ! She ended up offering me more than needed and saving my DAY ! And sounds crazy but they could save yours too ! Stop by there’s also a huge selection inside where your budget stretches further!!

  Gem pawnbrokers are a lifesaver for me and my family ,they treat you like family lend you when you pawn something and good service they also give you enough time to pay back the loan i been a customer here for over 37 years never had a problem i give them 10 stars life savers.
