  Charles was amazing. I never felt rushed or uneducated as a first time home buyer. He has the patience of a saint. I was able to start slow and eventually take the lead on how I wanted things to go at various points in the buying process. Charles never claimed to know it all but he was able to get me in touch with people who could answer questions in a timely manner and straightforward way. Oh yeah…the home he was able to get me is amazing giving the current market situation. I highly recommend him to any home buyer but especially new ones.

  I don’t know where to begin!!! Charles came highly recommended by several family members and friends. Each one bragged on how he handles his clients. This allowed me to have an amazing time buying my home. Charles Bennett was born for this profession. Most realtors once they know you want to purchase a home will ask location and price range. Then, you are flooded with listings. Charles is the total opposite. He spent two hours with me educating me on the home buying process and what is available for first time home owners. Charles educated me from soup to nuts. I was even knowledgeable about the closing process. I received a folder, was given the opportunity to ask questions, and was encouraged to go home and study the packet given before looking at homes. Once I was ready, Charles asked about the type of home I was interested in. He took it personal as if he was building the house himself. He explained about the taxes in Suffolk and asked me if living in Suffolk was an option. My answer was yes! Well, we went out and saw three homes, I made an offer and the rest is history!!! During the entire process, Charles looked out for me. He referred my inspector, lawyer, and mortgage broker, We all became family.
