  Yesterday I was depositing 600 dollars into an atm that I thought was working well, it happened to be atm #2 this time, as soon as I happened to finish my deposit there’s was a message that displayed saying that the funds weren’t going to be available immediately, then the atm prints a receipt, but doesn’t return my card and my money, so I don’t know if the atm eventually ejected my card and money and some lucky person took it or it’s in the atm inside which I hope because i’m unemployed and I was gonna use that money to pay my bills. Thanks GECU for always keeping your atms in good condition. Now I have a negative quantity in my checking and I’m trying to reach customer service but you guys are always “Busy”. BTW if you don’t want to loose your money don’t come here.

  By far the worst credit union you can try and get a new car loan. Twice this year that they approve a loan with the car dealer and twice they have un approved the loan. Loan officers base themselves on their own conclusions and not based themselves on the proof that is in front of them. They call to verify employment and when they are told to call back when the manager is available, they say that they can’t because they will be off the next day. I had to go thru another bank even after I had taken delivery of my new vehicle. Don’t do business here very unprofessional I don’t understand why the car dealerships even bother to do business with them

  I just showed up and made it 2 min before 6pm. They were already closed. If you are not going to stay open until 6 say that on the website

  Wow, waited for over 20minutes in line while the two tellers there took there time just messing around with the first customers in line, who they were already talking to before I got there after the ATM did not work. While the other tellers in the offices were sitting around talking and laughing at one deak. Heads up slackers, this is a good place to work. They finally get to us they hand us a piece of paper and tell us to wait in another line to talk to a machine. Nope, left and had to go back and finish because nobody has time for that. When I came back I had to wait in line for an hour and a half, on top of the 20 minutes I had waited before. On top of that I was told that if I didn't go get the money by the time they close today the bank would hold it, holding my money hostage basically for few days until the bank clears it. What?!!! This is not a good place to put your money for people on the go. I was considering moving my money to this bank, but after this heck no. Worst customer service ever, never going back again. Would never recommend this bank to anyone. I don't understand why they are still in business. An almost 2 hour wait, really! People should realize it's their hard earned money and the place they CHOOSE to leave it in has to treat them right. If I could could give it a negative number I would. I am fuming.

  I am extremely disappointed with GECU. We have been banking with them for over 10 years and we had never had anything bad to say about them. We attended a pre-qualification event. They assigned Mariella Castaneda to assist us. She seemed so eager to get us qualified. Once we were qualified we heard from her only a few times. I spoke to a manager since she wasn’t returning any of our calls and the manager was no help either! The realtor we were working with stated she had never had issues like that in the past. With any bank! Horrible experience. Thankfully after a few months we finally were able to finish the process. We plan to refinance in a couple of years with another bank.

  I was disappointed with my experience at this location when I was about to touch the screen it looked all greasy as well as the phone so I went to the next stall next to it. I realized they where all dirty they have a security guard standing by the tellers but they can't hire someone to be cleaning the screens that their customers touch . I hope u take this in consideration .I didn't appreciate seeing your employees at the entrance without gloves and hiding the hand sanitizer and clearly they weren't being careful when it comes down to handling customers .Take care of your customers.

  Was in three separate lanes, none of them had a pen and not one employee greeted me in either of the three lines. Left without being able to do transaction

  Lines are long after 5pm and limited to do transactions. This bank is ridiculous.

  This bank in my opinion is awesome. Super friendly staff and great service, I'm sure they do everything they can to give fast service.

  Really bad service this is the second time they forgot my ID. They always take so long and they are so rude. They need new management.
