  Heriberto and his team made buying a house such an easy process with no issues at all. I can honestly say this was a scary experience as a first time buyer but with the guidance and knowledge Heriberto displayed I couldn't express how much satisfaction I have with the outcome; from start to finish it was a great experience.   Just finished our home purchase. Heriberto helped us so much!!! Few months ago our prior mortgage broker had told us all we qualified for was $180k 30% down. She said sorry too much debt. We felt totally dismissed. Heriberto helped us worked day and night and got us 310k 10% down! Conventional !!!!! He did everything in a matter of three weeks. Also in my prior home sale he appraised my home and it sold in a matter of 2 weeks. Thank you so much. Me and my husband got the house of our dreams thanks to you !!! Will recommend.

In the month of May we started talking with several agents and brokers, it was a very bad experience since they all tell you if and when they see that they can spend a little work they forget about you and even stop calling you at the point that in the month July I regretted it and decided to finish the process and wait for next year. In the month of August, speaking with a friend, I referred to Heriberto Santiago and GDM, it was totally different, from the first moment that we began to dialogue, he offered me many alternatives. The most that surprised me is that the next day he called me with a work plan and ready to start the process, which none of the above did. Communication with him and his team was excellent. They actually fight for the client, they fought for my loan and in 3 months I was able to buy and close my house. GDM really are the best, professionalism, human quality and excellent service.
