      We've been customers for years with sizable accounts. Today my husband wanted to make a withdrawal and was asked if he had an appointment. We didn't know that was necessary, only one other customer was in the lobby, several of the women employees were gatherd around the printer. No chairs or benches to wait on, he was told to go back in the hot car and they'd call him but he doesn't carry a cell phone. He said he'd wait and sat on a side table. No one was wearing masks why, continue with the COVID rules, Take care of the customers.

      Pretty terrible customer service. A few of the people I’ve had to talk to who answer the phones including some managers seem to get off on not helping you or just being overall difficult

      I hate the customer service online. I had to go through 3 people and repeat the same information for a lost card. Then after being on hold for 10 minutes each time the third person hung up on me after asking a few questions and didn’t call back like most places. So I had to undergo the process alll over again. I’m just about to change banks all together then to waist that kind of time again. Super upset.

      App is garbage. Can’t deposit checks on it. Can’t get ahold of them without being on hold for 10 minutes. Ordered a debit card 6 weeks ago. Still haven’t gotten it. I live 900 miles away so I can’t just go in. They used to be much better.

      Best service I've ever gotten. When we call with questions, there's live people there to answer the questions, and we even know a few of them on a first name basis. They've never given us any problems when we need bill dates moved around, or cards replaced (thank you ever so much for that, two stores with security holes) Fast, friendly, local, and they give back to the community. A perfect example of what big banks don't do. :)

      Since I have started my acct and loan with GCS they have steadily increased the cost of doing business. They bought a new credit card processing machine and have passed the costs onto the consumers. There is now a $10 fee to pay my car loan over the phone. They NEVER attempted to call me and find out if I had car insurance so they assumed that I didn't and randomly assigned a $40/mo car insurance to my account. I already have full coverage through State Farm. They never once tried to call and confirm. Even when I furnish this information to them to show proof of my retroactive coverage they refuse to give me any kind of credit/refund. Upset with this, I spoke with management who remained completely unsympathetic to my situation. They never offered an apology, even if it was for a simple misunderstanding. They didn't try to meet me halfway on anything. Their manner of doing business is saddening and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

      The foreign drive-through bank teller at the main GCS has been very rude to me every time I come there. I’ve never had issues with any of their other tellers being rude, somebody needs to put her in check or get rid of her.

      I like this bank and their rates. I just wished if I have a passcode they dont ask out loud for it so everyone can here it. What's the point if ur yelling out ur numbers for all to hear especially in the drive through when I send my ID and my account t number in. Why?
