Beth Buenger1Our business account is too entrenched with Busey - with customers and making direct deposits for payments which would have to all be undone; otherwise we would find another bank. I do not understand what happened to the quality of care since it changed names, but the employees seem like strangers and do not know you, even though you have been banking there for decades. If Busey fired all the BOE people and hired new people, they did a horrible job. One cannot call and speak to any managers any longer. They do not answer phones. They do not call you back if you leave a message. I agree with the other posters... worst bank services ever. Very unfortunate to have a bank like this taking residency in a beautiful building that is pretty much a waste. If Busey could leave the area, they probably would, they've closed all the other branches already. I now have a $4.87 charge on my statement for account analysis. So they are finding a way to charge more fees for no reason. I have been on hold with customer service for 20 minutes but yet no answer why this charge exists.

You were so rude and I had an appointment refused to let me in to handle my business... All I can say is wow just wow. I am usually very happy but this woman was beyond rude

deborah dunn1If I could give them a zero I would. Their online banking app is the worst thing I've ever had to deal with. They've taken all my information from The Bank of Edwardsville away and when I try to contact them with my concerns and issues with their online banking I get nowhere. I have every intention of changing banks solely because of their online banking issues and their total lack of concern or regard for the issues that I am having with it.

Strike That Reverse It1Do something about your app! Almost every time I try to do anything with my account it doesn’t work! I can’t even login to my account half the time!
