  Shari Reeves and Team at Gateway Mortgage are truly on top of their game. My Loan Process was seamless and worry free. Shari would request information needed and when you sent it back to her, you would get an immediate response that she received it. Communication was great. It's amazing that from start to finish it took less than 30 days. We didn't go with the big Name Brand Mortgage company because I like doing business locally, and as you can see with my positive review, I knew I made the right choice by using Gateway Mortgage, Jacksonville Fl.   Working in the mortgage industry all I ever heard was how stressful and horrible the mortgage loan process is. My husband and I just purchased our first home and were prepared for a less than positive experience. Ms. Shari and Michelle at Gateway made the mortgage loan experience so easy and stress free.   This was my first home purchase, I didn't know what to expect. There was a lot of things I did not understand and at times things were just confusing, however Shari Reeves would always explain everything and simplify the process. I always felt that she was looking out for me and my best interest. I also dealt with Michelle Clarke and she like Shari was amazing at making me feel like I mattered and that I was not a pay check. Customer service is defiitely at the top of the list for Gateway Mortgage. I am grateful to have had them on my side during this, sometimes, stressful process.   Jimmy from Gateway is a pleasure to work with! As a first time home buyer, I didn’t really know how they process of buying a home works. I’ve had terrible experiences with other big bank lenders until I found gateway. My brother referred me to Jimmy and he has really helped me out so much!
