  They wouldnt honor my poa to pay my car bill. They had the poa form they wouldn't look at my text evidence to show they denied my poa. Now it's a lawsuit. My wife has cancer I don't have time for this. Cold jerks that are not professionals run gatecity that's how it's low fees beware. I had 400 in fees going negative one month for 60 bucks. I also received a letter from the branch manager stating I am no longer welcome to do business with Gatecity. Interestingly how can I pay my loans with them or access my ira account with them. I guess an attorney and judge will have to help Gatecity learn to honor contract. I'm filing a lis pendens on the Williston branch who said I'm not longer welcome to do business by email, while still having 3 accounts open, credit card, ira and a car loan.
