  I was moving my account away from AmFed. A transaction came thru after the account closed. They left a voicemail asking to call them back then sent it to collections. Pretty seedy stuff. Not to mention they gave themselves a 5 star review on google. :/

  The staff here were great at getting my first account setup and got me a debit card INSTANTLY - not a temporary one or a reloadable one, but one with my name on it. One banker is able to take care of my loan needs, mortgage and investments. Staff at the downtown office are helpful and engaged. I'd recommend them for any financial need.

  Adam and Chris and the whole team do a phenomenal job of taking care of their clients! Even though I might be a small account they’ve always gone the extra mile for me. Highly recommend!!!

  Banks that are not open on Saturdays and Columbus Day don't deserve even four stars ! Obviously it's not about the customer ! 😕

  Hello Bill. American Federal offices actually are open on Columbus Day. Also, several of our offices have drive-up windows that are open until noon on Saturdays. Be sure to check out the 'locations' page of our website for more information.
