Isla MacCallahan1My mother called and asked that no money leave her account, as she has NO income as she is waiting on SSI due to medical concerns, and I’m working my a$$ off to help support her and my 2 children. Well, the teller lied, said nothing would leave her account, and now my mother is negative over $400 so I will have to get a second job and give up the 3 days a week I get with my kids to pay that off even though the teller LIED to her. I left this bank long ago due to miscommunications like this and I am just beyond upset.

Steven Gober (Vernon)1Opened an account online. My first visit to the bank I found to be a big disappointment. The teller was extremely rude pretty much she talked down to me. Also she didn’t even offer me my instant debit card that I was not aware was available at the time. You can’t get the instant card unless Libby is opened they close at 4pm wow what happened to bankers hours. My advice would be to have some training on how treat customers especially new ones. 9 to 5 banking hours for the lobby especially if important things you need to have done can only be handled in the lobby. I would definitely recommend using US Bank very professional and friendly tellers who treat you with respect and are genuinely pleased to have you as a customer.

The Goose is Loose5Stephanie was really easy to work with, very straight forward on what i needed to do, and what would work best for me. She was able to lower my interest rate 13%!!!!!!!!!!! She really does care about her customers. We love our new Avalanche, Thank you so much!!!

Briana Burroughs5I was beyond impressed and pleased with my entire experience here. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the two women I talked to but they were amazing, along with Matt. Every person I came into contact with, including the receptionist, made me feel welcomed.
