  Sadly, I just had the worst experience with Kenzie a teller at the 8th street location. She was extremely rude, impersonal and should not be working in a customer service position. We have banked with gate city for 10 plus years and will consider switching over to new bank to have better customer service.

  Best customer service i ever got was from Austin! He really deserves to be known. There was always something missing from the other locations but Austin made sure i was happy. I visited the hornbacher on40th ave s in Moorhead and I really didn’t like the representative that had Attitude because she wanted to get home ASAP and she was not scared to show how annoyed she was by rolling her eyes. I wont say names but she is the blonde short hair! So No i will always make sure i see Austin from now on because he treats people with respect.

  I LOVE GATE CITY! I relocated to the Twin Cities and still use my Gate City Bank account almost exclusively (I have an account down here as well, but it is mainly to cash checks locally if I need to) They go out of their way to help and are always very kind! I have had issues with my bank here and it makes me appreciate Gate City even more!

  They are always welcoming, and helpful when you come in. I would consider myself a very small fish in the pond. They make me feel like I have a million dollars every time I come in! Kind, professional and VERY understanding!

  sometimes they get my perchance authorization wrong and have to go back. they need to allow the customers to buy cryptos without asking permission to do so. otherwise the people are nice and you can get a free cookie or brownie whatever they make that day.

  My main bank, the service is wonderful and every time I need service it’s always met with more than expected. Fantastic workers and still my favourite place to go if I need banking help. Love y’all!

  I love the ATM refunds, the cookies, the prizes for referrals, and the great service.
