  I must say this was the best auto purchase experience I've had. Fred is an awesome salesman!!! Professional, compassionate and "customer first" focused. He rates 5 stars. I had some difficulty with my key fob and I felt that process could have gone smoother/more conveniently (lincoln & ford keyfobs, one not working) but everyone was very nice.

  Nobody likes to go to a service station for anything, the experience I had was pleasant, the adviser was respectful and professional, the work was completed in a timely fashion, additional checks revealed the air filter needed changing, I was asked if I wanted changed prior to changing it. My time waiting for the vehicle was made easier with the pleasant environment, coffee, cookies, reading material, a TV, if interested, WiFi, and a clean comfortable place to wait. All in all a good experience!

  I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go see Mike Probala. He is very knowledgeable and does everything he can to get you the best deal possible. And most definitely NOT a pushy salesman. I had a wonderful experience . He had me in and out in no time at all and before I knew it I was driving home in my new vehicle. I will definitely use him to purchase any future vehicles.

  I received great service and response from John Hern recently when I leased a new 2020 Corsair. John answered all my questions, was very accomodating, even coming in on his day off to facilitate a trade in. John was also pro-active in helping to provide advanced information to my insurance Company. This is our third purchase/lease from Ganley Lincoln and we are very pleased with our experience. jd

  This place sold me a Hyundai Sonata 2017 not even a year ago.. my engine light came on I took it back they suggested I get a new gas cap.. light went away until now.. brought my car into Hyundai to have a diagnostic check. They found sludge in my engine. I was really upset when I called this dealer back only to hear him say...that there is nothing they can do... I don't reccomend this car lot and will never purchase another vehicle from them again.

  We could not ask for better service. Ganley people are polite and professional, and our problems were promptly addressed. We had a problem with the car, called and could bring it in the same day (Saturday). As usual, we were treated very well, our problem was fixed and once again, we were most pleased. The people at Ganley Lincoln are outstanding.

  Last Monday (Aug. 6) I had delivered a 2018 MKZ. This is the fifth MKZ I have leased from Ganley Lincoln in Middleburg Hts., OH. That fact in itself indicates that the dealership has done an excellent job of customer service. Particularly their Delivery Manager Frank Greene. He went out of his way to keep me informed about the status of when delivery could take place for the car I ordered. He was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the new features of the 2018 model and answering all of my questions. The same as he had done for the previous four. There is no question I will return to Ganley for my next car. Speaking of customer service, I can say that Frank knows the true meaning. On Monday afternoon, after I had driven the new car only 30 miles, I got a tire monitoring alert saying that the tire pressure on one tire had dropped to 26 PSI. Within a few minutes, the pressure was down to 22 PSI. At that point I called Frank to see what could be done. He suggested I call roadside assistance and said he would come to me with a loaner car, wait for roadside assistance to change the tire. Frank arrived at my location in less than 15 minutes, gave me the keys to a loaner so I could continue on my way and waited until the tire was changed. When the tire was removed there was a large metal piece stuck through the tread causing a severe puncture. He sent me a photo of the damage then took the car to the dealership. The next day the tire was replaced and Frank brought the car to my house all fixed. You can't ask for better service than that. The service was provided even though this damage had nothing to do with the dealership.

  I love this dealership. Very honest service department. They take the time to explain things too you. Even though I own a Ford, I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my car. Next, I want a Lincoln (because I like their service department, and the car too)!

  I’m only 21, Jeff, Fred, and Eric all helped me get a newer used car, for low payments and a low interest. HIGHLY recommend anyone who is on the younger side to look here for a car!
