  I’ve been with Gallup FCU since 2013. I haven’t been a Gallup employee for years but I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this credit union. The service is personable, friendly, and efficient. I won’t be going anywhere! :-)

  If you’re currently working at Gallup, they’ll treat you well. But if you leave for another job, they blacklist you - they won’t return your calls or emails, won’t help you in any way. So don’t open any loans with them, don’t invest, don’t do anything you might need help with because if you choose to leave working at Gallup, you’re dead to them.

  I've been a member for several years and have had a very good experience with the people and the products. Really great people, I just have one complaint. If there are issues or needs in off hours there is no way to get assistance. Not even automated password resets or something like that. Make sure you only need banking assistance during banking hours...

  Hi Carrie. Thank you for the review. We're getting better in regard to 24 hour coverage. Currently we have 24/7 coverage for card fraud, weekend access via Shared Branches and COOP ATM's, and coming soon you will be able to call 24/7 with any card related issues. It is a challenge with a team of 5 to achieve coverage all the time, but we are actively working on improving it. Thanks again.

  I loved working at Gallup and I love banking with Gallup the ladies are always on top of everything and very kind I moved and still bank with Gallup best Bank I've ever had thank you for the great service you provide

  All the staff is friendly and helpful. I never have a problem when I need a question answered. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure my needs and wants are satisfied. I love my bank!

  Excellent team to support all needs. I no longer work on site at this campus and yet still feel a personal connection to each employee & get first class, personalized service.

  no 1800 number to contact on weekends or after store hours terrible now i have to wait 2 days to reset my pin on my card so i can get cash back smh

  Very sorry you had a bad experience. Good news! We now have an 800 # you can call to reset your PIN 24/7. You can see it on our main page at www.gallupfcu.com. Hope this helps.
